This policy explains what personal data Printer.business collects when you use this website and what we do with it. Printer.business is an independent information website about office printers; we do not sell products and we do not have user accounts.

Visit statistics. Our pages load a small statistics script from our central site administration service. It records page views, the page you came from and basic technical information (such as browser type and screen size) so we can see which guides are useful. We do not use this data for advertising.

Server logs. Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Where data is processed

Form messages, comments and statistics are handled by the central administration service that runs this and related websites, hosted at uskpo.com. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. Basic functions may store small items in your browser, for example to remember that you have already submitted a form.

How long we keep data

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to deal with them and then delete them, normally within 12 months. Statistics are kept in aggregated form. Server logs are kept for the period set by our host.
